Job Description – Admin Manager (Real Estate)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and organized Admin Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative operations in the real estate company. The candidate will be responsible for office administration, vendor coordination, facility management, documentation, staff supervision, and smooth operational support for projects and corporate office activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Office Administration
- Manage overall office administration activities
- Ensure smooth functioning of office operations and facilities
- Maintain office discipline and administrative policies
- Handle office maintenance, housekeeping, and security management
2. Vendor & Facility Management
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Manage AMC contracts, office equipment, and utility services
- Monitor office expenses anad negotiate with vendors for cost-effective services
3. Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain company records, agreements, and administrative documents
- Handle inward/outward courier, office files, and data management
- Ensure proper filing and documentation process
4. Team Coordination
- Supervise admin staff, office assistants, and support teams
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Purchase, and Project departments
- Support management in day-to-day operational activities
5. Travel & Asset Management
- Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and transport for management/staff
- Maintain office asset records and inventory
- Monitor vehicle management and office consumables
6. Compliance & Support
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
- Assist management during audits, meetings, and events
- Prepare admin reports and MIS reports when required
Required Skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of office administration and facility management
- Vendor handling and negotiation skills
- Documentation and record management
- MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Leadership and team handling ability
- Problem-solving and multitasking skills
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Management, Commerce, or related field
- MBA/Administration certification will be an added advantage - Optional
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Real Estate or Construction industry preferred
- Ability to handle multiple administrative activities
- Good organizational and management skills
- Professional and disciplined approach
