Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Any (fresher’s can apply)

Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel, Good Typing Speed.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Review the daily MIS to track the case assignments as per the daily report list.
2. Read and verify various property documents related to the assigned cases.
3. Identify discrepancies or missing information in assigned cases and send query emails to the respective banks.
4. Determine and verify property rates to arrive at accurate property valuations.
5. Prepare the assigned Technical Scrutiny Report with precision and completeness.
6. Submit the completed report to Managers for further review and approval.
