Position Details:
- Role: Associate (Back Office Process)
- Process: Back Office
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate Fresher (B.Com / BAF / BBI / BMS – Finance / M.Com), graduated between 2021 and 2025.
- Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates may apply.
- Preferred Domain Knowledge: Banking background including Personal Loans, Loan Against Property, Home Loans, Life Insurance, and General Insurance.
- Mandatory Knowledge: KYC, Loans, Insurance, and general banking domain.
- Typing Speed: Minimum 20 WPM.
- Age Criteria: 18 to 30 years.
- Gender: Male candidates only at this time.
Work Details:
- Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.
- Shift Timings:
- Afternoon Shift (70% of roles): 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
- Night Shift (30% of roles): 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM or 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
- Compensation: Approximately ₹15,000 Net Take Home (Minimum Wage).
- Night Shift Allowance: ₹75 per day.
- Working Days: 6 days per week with one rotational week off.
Recruitment Process:
