Job Description
• Beverage Crafting: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, including espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty pours, adhering to specific recipes and quality standards.
• Guest Service: Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and provide recommendations based on flavor profiles or seasonal offerings.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the espresso station, grinding equipment, and seating areas.
• Financial Handling: Accurately process cash and card transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system and manage cash drawer balancing.
• Quality Control: Monitor the freshness of coffee beans, milk, and other ingredients; perform regular "dialing in" of espresso shots to ensure optimal flavor.
• Food Safety: Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines regarding food handling and equipment maintenance.
