Position Title: Spa Manager

Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Department: Operations & Guest Experience

Reporting To: CEO


About Travaa Wellness: Travaa Wellness LLP is a premium wellness and spa brand focused on delivering rejuvenating experiences through professional therapies, exceptional hospitality, and customer-centric wellness services. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Spa Manager to lead daily operations, drive customer satisfaction, and build a high-performing spa team.


Key Responsibilities-

  • Spa Operations Management
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, therapist allocation, reception operations, and guest flow.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, ambience, cleanliness, and customer service.
  • Ensure all spa equipment, products, and facilities are properly maintained.


Team Leadership & Staff Management

  • Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate spa therapists, receptionists, and support staff.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
  • Maintain discipline, grooming standards, and professional conduct within the team.
  • Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance and shift schedules.
  • Customer Experience & SalesDeliver exceptional guest experiences and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally.
  • Build long-term client relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Promote spa packages, memberships, and wellness programs to increase revenue.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and continuously improve service quality.


Business & Revenue Management

  • Achieve monthly sales and operational targets.
  • Monitor inventory, stock usage, and procurement of spa supplies.
  • Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
  • Control operational costs while maintaining service excellence.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions, events, and partnerships.
  • Compliance & StandardsEnsure compliance with company SOPs, safety regulations, and wellness industry standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and business operations.
  • Ensure all therapists follow service protocols and treatment standards.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Spa Management, Wellness, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1–5 years of experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or salon management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills.
  • Good knowledge of spa therapies, wellness treatments, and hospitality operations.
  • Ability to manage teams, sales targets, and operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, billing systems, and spa management software is an advantage.
  • Well-groomed personality with a professional and positive attitude.


Preferred Candidate

  • Profile Experience in luxury spa or wellness environments.
  • Strong sales orientation and customer handling ability.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
  • Passion for wellness, hospitality, and team development.
