Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
  • Explain company products/services clearly
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales
  • Maintain customer database and call records
  • Follow up with interested customers
  • Handle customer queries and resolve concerns
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets



  • Requirements:Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional language)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills
  • Fresher or experience in BPO/Telecalling preferred



  • Preferred Skills:Sales-oriented mindset
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Ability to work in target-driven environment



  • Working Details:Shift: Day / Rotational Shift
  • Working Days: 6 Days a week
  • Week Off: 1 Rotational Off
