Job Description

Position: Telesales Executive (Cross Sales)


Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Job Requirements:-

  • Good English communication skills
  • HSC pass or Graduate
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Contact existing and potential customers over the phone
  • Promote and cross-sell company products and services
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
  • Maintain customer records and update information accurately
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance
  • Handle customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction

Shift Details:- Fixed Day Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

  • Weekly Off: Sunday

Salary:-

  • Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 take-home salary + incentives
  • Experienced Candidates: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 salary + incentives (based on experience)
  • Additional BenefitsPick-up and drop facility available from Airoli Station to the company premises
