Job Description

1.Connect with business clients through calls and explain company products/services.

2.Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.

3.Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.

4.Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.

5.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

6.Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer data in CRM/Excel.

7.Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth client onboarding.

8.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
