Cafe Staff

The Cafe Staff is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring smooth day-to-day café operations. Every employee is expected to uphold the brand values of Cafe through professionalism, teamwork, and a customer-first approach.

• Key Responsibilities Customer Service Greet every customer with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and assist them with menu recommendations.
• Resolve customer concerns politely and escalate issues to the Store Manager when required.
• Ensure every customer has a pleasant dining experience.
• Food & Beverage PreparationPrepare waffles, beverages, shakes, coffee, and other menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure proper presentation and portion control for all products.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines while preparing and serving food.
• Cash Handling & BillingOperate the billing/POS system accurately.
• Collect payments through cash, cards, UPI, or other approved payment methods.
• Maintain accuracy in billing and cash transactions.
• Report any billing discrepancies immediately.
• Hygiene & CleanlinessMaintain cleanliness of the kitchen, service counter, dining area, equipment, and wash areas.
• Follow daily cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures.
• Ensure all utensils and equipment are cleaned and stored properly.
• Wear a clean uniform and maintain personal hygiene at all times.
• Inventory & Stock Management Assist in receiving and checking deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the Store Manager about shortages.
• Minimize wastage of food and raw materials.
• Equipment Care Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
• Report any equipment malfunction immediately.
• Handle company property with care and avoid unnecessary damage.
• Teamwork Cooperate with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Support colleagues during peak business hours.
• Follow instructions given by the Store Manager or Supervisor promptly.
• Working Hours Full-Time Employment.
• 9 working hours per day, including scheduled break(s).
• 4 weekly offs in a month, scheduled on a rotational basis.
• Employees may be required to work on weekends and public holidays as per business requirements.

• QualificationsMinimum qualification: SSC/HSC or equivalent.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, QSR, or hospitality industry is an added advantage.
• Basic communication skills in English, Hindi, or Marathi are preferred.
