Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our BPO team. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.


Responsibilities


  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.


  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.


  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.


  • Resolve customer queries and provide excellent service.


  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.


  • Follow company processes and quality standards.


Requirements


Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages.


HSC/Graduate (preferred).


Basic computer knowledge.


Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
