Job Description
Job Title: Collection Executive – SBI Dhruva Process
Job Description
We are hiring Graduate Freshers for the SBI Dhruva – X Bucket Collection Calling Process. Candidates will be responsible for handling collection-related calls, following up with customers regarding pending payments, and maintaining professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound collection calls to customers.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and pending payments.
- Negotiate and assist customers with payment resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly productivity targets.
- Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate (Freshers can apply).
- Age: Up to 33 years.
- Good communication skills in:
- Hindi
- Marathi
- English
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 In-Hand
- Employment Type: NAPS
- Salary starts from Day One of joining.
- Salary Credit Date: 1st of every month.
Work Location
- Rabale, Navi Mumbai
- Office is walkable from Rabale Railway Station.
Shift Details
- Day Rotational Shift
- 9 Working Hours between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
- 1 Rotational Weekly Off
