Job Description

  • Contact customers via calls, emails, or messages to collect overdue payments
  • Explain payment terms, penalties, and deadlines
  • Negotiate repayment plans when customers can’t pay in full
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems
  • Follow up regularly on delinquent accounts
  • Escalate difficult cases to senior teams or legal departments
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
