Manage incoming calls, emails,
Handle filing, documentation, and data entry in Excel/ERP systems
Office Administration: Perform clerical duties, including typing official letters, scanning documents, filing records, and managing email correspondence.
Maintain, record, and update daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, billing, vouchers, and invoicing.
Bookkeeping & Transactions: Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
ssistant role ensures smooth daily operations by managing indoor administrative tasks (filing, greeting, supply management) and outdoor errands (bank deposits, mail, supply purchasing). Key responsibilities include filing, data entry, scanning, receptionist duties, inventory management, and running essential company errands
