• Assist customers with banking-related queries and service requests

• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes

• Follow up with customers for pending documentation and service updates

• Maintain proper customer interaction records in the system

• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required

• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth customer support

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards

• Achieve daily productivity and calling targets

• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and banking data

• Support the team in operational and customer service activities
