Job Description
Must be flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Good communication skills
• Capable of handling inbound and outbound calls
• Excellent Attendance record
• A minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
• Willing to work on-site.
• Embraces change, thinks creatively, and has a willingness to learn.
• Must be confident, self-motivated, detailed oriented, organized and possess the ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information is critical.
• Works successfully both as a team and independently.
• Ability to withstand significant pressures driven by volume, pace, and challenging interactions.
Prior Experience:
• At least 6 months BPO Experience
• At least SHS Graduate
• Financial services background is preferred.
