Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for assisting and guiding customers regarding various products and resolving their queries through calls or other communication channels.
* Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer issues with patience and clarity
Maintain records of customer interactions
Achieve daily/weekly performance targets
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
* Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle customer concerns politely
Prior BPO experience is a plus (not mandatory)
