Position: Customer Service Executive
Employment Type: Full-time.
Requirements:
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
Job responsibilities: Ability to handle customer interactions confidently.
Outbound calls are to connect with customers and resolve their queries.
Basic computer knowledge.
Shift Timing: 09:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Week Off: Rotational week off
Salary: Fare amount with good benefits (depends on interview) + 1500 Fixed incentive and (500 attendance bonus)
