Process: Marathi Customer Service (Inbound Process)


Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Job Role

  • Handle inbound customer calls
  • Resolve customer queries and provide support
  • Assist customers with service-related concerns
  • Voice-based customer service process

Eligibility:

  • 10th / 12th Pass

  • Good Hindi Communication Required

Salary:

Shift Details:

  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Fixed Shifts)
