Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Customer service roles typically involve handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
• Meet quality standards and daily performance targets.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
• Deliver a positive and professional customer experience on every interaction.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum HSC (12th Pass) / Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Customer-oriented approach with good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
