Job Summary :

JPrime Buildcon LLP is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to manage customer queries, provide timely resolutions, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to coordinate with internal departments for effective issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

·       Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and messages.

·       Respond to customer queries related to projects, bookings, documentation, and services.

·       Provide accurate information and timely resolution to customer concerns.

·       Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues effectively.

·       Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

·       Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned authority whenever required.

·       Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

·       Prepare daily and monthly customer service reports.

·       Maintain professional relationships with customers and stakeholders.

·       Adhere to company policies and service standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·       Graduate in any discipline.

·       1–3 years of experience in Customer Service / CRM / Client Relations preferred.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·       Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

·       Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
