Job Description
Job Role: Customer Service Executive
Industry: Medicine Delivery / Healthcare
Job Location: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai
Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Week Off: Rotational (Your weekly off may fall on a different day each week.)
- Job Responsibilities:Handle incoming calls from customers.
- Check the status of medicine orders and provide updates to customers.
- Inform customers about the current location or progress of their orders.
- Provide estimated delivery timelines.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints related to their orders.
- Assist customers politely and professionally.
- Transport Facility:Pickup and drop service is provided between the office and Juinagar Railway Station.
- Skills Required:Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to communicate with customers politely and professionally.
- Willingness to work from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM with rotational weekly offs.
