Job Description
Position Title: Customer Service Specialist
Payroll Company: Aarvi Encon Limited
Client Profile: DOW Leading EPC & Multinational Engineering Corporation
Job Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai (Work from Office)
Employment Type: 12-Month Contract (Extendable / Open-Ended)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8.5 hours inclusive of a 30-minute break)
Compensation: Commensurate with market standards
Rotational Shift & Logistics Specifications
Candidates must maintain full flexibility to operate across any of the following assigned project shifts. Dedicated corporate transit (cab facility) is provided as detailed:
APAC Shift: 04:30 AM / 05:30 AM to 02:00 PM / 03:30 PM (Complimentary Home Pickup)
EMEA Shift: 11:30 AM / 12:00 PM to 08:30 PM / 09:30 PM (Complimentary Home Drop)
North & Latin America Shift: 04:30 PM / 05:30 PM to 01:30 AM / 02:00 AM (Complimentary Door-to-Door Pickup & Drop)
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education: BE / B.Tech / Diploma / Undergraduate qualification in any discipline.
Professional Experience: Minimum 1+ years of core execution in Order to Cash (O2C) operations or international logistics.
Core Competencies: Advanced proficiency in the O2C lifecycle, international shipping documentation, Incoterms, Letter of Credit (LC) management, and order fulfillment systems.
Communication Skills: Impeccable, fluent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
Process Nature: Blended process requiring concurrent execution of client voice-interactions and real-time transactional database updates. (Note: This is an operations role, not a typical contact center environment).
Preferred Industry Experience
Preference will be extended to candidates presenting a background in:
International Sea Freight / Air Freight / Cargo Operations
Supply Chain & Global Logistics Shared Services
Chemical manufacturing enterprises handling international trade operations

Annual Leave: 26 days per annum (allotted on a pro-rata basis)

Evaluation Process
Interview Mode: Two (2) consecutive rounds of virtual technical and behavioral evaluations.
