📢 We Are Hiring – Domestic Customer Support (3 Months Contract | Work from Home | Pan India)
We are looking for dynamic, customer-focused professionals to join our Domestic Customer Support team on a 3-month contract. This is a Work from Home (WFH) opportunity open to candidates across India.
📝 Job Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound customer queries from domestic clients.
- Share accurate details about products, services, and ongoing offers.
- Adhere to company policies, data privacy, and quality standards.
🎯 Requirements
- Basic communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Minimum Qualification: HSC / Graduate with 6 months of any Experience.
- Strong persuasion, customer-handling, and problem-solving abilities.
Must Have Equipment:
- Laptop/Desktop with Intel i5 or i7 processor
- 8GB RAM
- Stable Wi-Fi connection with minimum 50 Mbps speed
- Headset will be required
💰 Salary: Take‑Home Salary: ₹19,000 (in‑hand)
⏳ Contract Details
- Contract Duration: 3 Months
- Joining Date: 29th June
- Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH)
- Shift: Day Shift
- Week Off: 1 Rotational Week off
