Job Title: Onboarding Officer

Job Location:Juinagar Navi Mumbai

Terms:Full-Time

Shift Time:10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Week Off:Sunday & WO (1st Saturday off)

Salary:

Up to ₹33,000 inhand (take home depending on last drawn) + Incentives + Mediclaim + PF

Job Role & Responsibilities:

The Onboarding Officer will counsel potential investors over the phone and generate sales by offering advisory services.

Responsibilities:

Make 150–200 calls daily, minimum 5 hours of talk time.

Sell equity-based products, manage the process from lead generation to closure.

Counsel customers on investment plans tailored to financial goals.

Convert leads into clients through proactive follow-ups and counseling.

Candidate Requirements:

Communication Skills: Strong communication and people skills, professional yet approachable.

Language Proficiency: English and Hindi – Mandatory.

Experience:

1–2 years of BPO sales experience (outbound, target-based) – Mandatory.

Share market knowledge is an added advantage.

Experience must be in hardcore sales.

Not considered: Credit card / Insurance / DMAT / Bank account opening / CSR experience.

Education: Minimumh Ugrad (Graduation preferred )

Age Limit: Up to 35 years.

Gender: Male / Female.

Location Preference:

Navi Mumbai

Skills: Strong sales, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. Basic math proficiency required.
