Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries received through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and other online platforms.
- Managing and processing orders received through Swiggy and Zomato.
- Providing product information, pricing details, and order updates to customers.
- Coordinating with the production and delivery team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintaining professional communication with customers and resolving queries promptly.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
- Experience with Swiggy, Zomato, or online order management will be preferred.
Salary: As per experience and interview performance.
