Job Overview

Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. is looking for detail-oriented Data Entry Operators to support the Panchakarma and Accounts departments. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, entering data into the Hospital Information System (HIS), preparing reports, and ensuring timely documentation of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate patient, treatment, and billing data in the Hospital Information System (HIS).
• Update Panchakarma treatment records and patient documentation.
• Maintain daily data related to appointments, therapies, and patient services.
• Assist the Accounts department with data entry for bills, vouchers, invoices, and payment records.
• Verify data accuracy and correct discrepancies when required.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain physical and digital records in an organized manner.
• Coordinate with Panchakarma, Billing, Accounts, and Front Office teams for data updates.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of patient and financial information.
• Perform other administrative and data management tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
• Educational QualificationGraduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BCA, or equivalent preferred).

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in Data Entry, MIS, Backend Operations, or Hospital Administration.
• Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Good typing speed with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer applications.
• Knowledge of Hospital Information System (HIS) is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of accounts and documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
