Design Engineer

We’re Hiring: Solar PV Design Engineer

�� Full-Time | 10 AM – 7 PM (Mon–Sat)

�� Experience: 2–7 Years

SRPL Group is a leading solar structure company, delivering high-quality racking solutions (Solar MMS) in the renewable energy sector.

 Key Responsibilities: *

· Design and optimize mechanical components and systems for solar PV installations, including mounting structures, trackers, and racking systems.

· Conduct feasibility studies and perform technical analysis to evaluate the performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of proposed designs.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, project managers, and external vendors, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems with overall solar energy solutions.

· Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings, models, and simulations of mechanical components and assemblies.

· Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as ASCE 7, IBC, and local building codes.

· Drive innovation and continuous improvement by staying abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in solar energy and mechanical engineering.

· Support product testing, validation, and certification efforts to verify the performance and durability of mechanical designs under various environmental conditions.

· Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and external partners throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to commercialization.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred

· Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in mechanical design and engineering, with a focus on renewable energy systems, preferably in the solar industry.

· Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Inventor, with a demonstrated ability to create detailed drawings and models.
