Job Title: Computer Hardware & Networking Engineer

Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Job SummaryWe are looking for a Computer Hardware & Networking Engineer to join our team in Belapur. The candidate should have hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving computer, laptop, networking, and IT-related issues. The role involves providing technical support, maintaining hardware and network infrastructure, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral device issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
• Resolve operating system and application-related problems.
• Handle LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network troubleshooting.
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, and network devices.
• Install and manage shared folders, network drives, printers, and file-sharing permissions.
• Provide support for email, Outlook, and basic cloud applications.
• Perform hardware upgrades, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Manage antivirus, system security, and data backup activities.
• Support users with day-to-dlso apply.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of computer hardware and laptop troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Windows operating systems and software installation.
• Knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
• Experience with printer installation and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of file sharing, network sharing, and user access management.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic server and network issues.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualification

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Hardware, Networking, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Hardware & Networking, or equivalent will be an advantage.

Experience

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Computer Hardware & Networking Support.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge may apply
