Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on knowledge of UI design, website creation/design, and paid advertising campaigns. The candidate should have a strong understanding of digital platforms and be able to create engaging experiences while managing lead-generation campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design user-friendly UI/UX layouts for websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns
- Create, design, and maintain company websites (WordPress/Wix or custom platforms)
- Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on WhatsApp, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Develop creative ad copies, banners, and campaign strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and generate reports for optimization
- Manage social media marketing and brand promotion activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for website updates, campaign creatives, and content planning
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Canva)
- Knowledge of website designing and development basics
- Hands-on understanding of Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and WhatsApp marketing
- Creative mindset with good design sense
Eligibility:
- Fresher to 6 months of experience in Digital Marketing / UI Design / Website Design
- Relevant certification in Digital Marketing or UI/UX is a plus
