Job Summary Sahyadri Infrastructure is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence, generate quality real estate leads, and support sales growth through digital channels. The ideal candidate should have experience in social media marketing, lead generation, content creation, and campaign management.

• Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Generate qualified leads for plot and land investment projects.
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns.
• Monitor and improve website traffic, SEO performance, and online visibility.
• Coordinate with the sales team to track and nurture leads.
• Design marketing materials, promotional creatives, and advertisements.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
• Maintain customer databases and CRM records.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and real estate market developments.
• Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and Google Analytics.
• Strong communication and content-writing skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is preferred.
• Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
