Digital Sales Executive |Telesales| Outbound Sales| Salary up to 27k + Incentives |
We are looking for energetic and target-driven professionals to join our Digital Sales team. The role involves outbound calling, understanding customer needs, and converting leads into successful policy sales. This is direct payroll Opportunity with ICICI Lombard.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Make outbound calls to convert them into policy sales.
- Understand customer needs quickly and pitch the perfect insurance products.( Health, Motor, Travel & More )
- Explain product features, benfits and coverage in an engaging way to close deals.
- Achieve & exceed monthly sales target and earn unlimited incentives.
- Handle Objectives smartly, build instant rapport and create long term customer relationship.
- Earn attractive incentives & performance bonuses on top of fixed Salary.
Work Timings & Perks:-
Shift Timing:- 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM
5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Off | Work Location:- Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
CTC:- Up to 3.79 LPA| In-hand up to 27,000 Per Month +Incentives |
