Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Assistant to support daily office operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling routine tasks, assisting staff, and ensuring smooth functioning of the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day office operations and administrative support

Handle basic documentation, filing, and paperwork

Arrange and serve tea, snacks, and refreshments as required

Manage office opening and closing activities

Run official errands and procure items from nearby vendors when needed

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises

Support team members with any additional operational tasks

Requirements:

Minimum basic education

Punctual, trustworthy, and well-organized

Good communication and a helpful attitude

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

ऑफिसची स्वच्छता आणि नीटनेटकेपणा राखणे

टीम मेंबर्सना इतर कामांमध्ये सहाय्य करणे

पात्रता / आवश्यकता:

किमान मूलभूत शिक्षण

वेळेचे भान असलेला, जबाबदार आणि विश्वासू

चांगला स्वभाव आणि मदत करण्याची तयारी
