Job Description
We’re Hiring – Field Sales Engineer
Company: Aspire Hire
Experience: 2–3 Years
Job Type: Full-time
Travel: Extensive (Client visits across region)
Salary: Competitive + Performance Incentives
Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through cold calling and market outreach
• Visit clients and build strong relationships
• Present and promote engineering and NDT products
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Understand client requirements and provide solutions
• Track competitor activities and identify opportunities
• Maintain detailed sales reports, visit logs, and client feedback
Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years in industrial or engineering sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic technical understanding of engineering products
• Knowledge of NDT products is an advantage
• Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently
• Willing to travel extensively
Requirements
• Engineering or technical background preferred
• Mandatory field visits and regular reporting
