Job Description
📢 JOB OPENING – FLOOR MANAGER (Female Preferred)
🏥 Position: Floor Manager (Female Preferred)
💰 Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹38,000 per month
🎓 Qualification: Graduate (Hospital Management preferred)
💼 Experience: Minimum 2 years in Hospital Operations or Floor Coordination
⚠️ Experience in hospital operations is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Manage patient flow and daily floor operations
✔️ Coordinate between nursing, housekeeping, billing, and clinical departments
✔️ Ensure smooth admission, transfer, and discharge processes
✔️ Handle patient concerns, feedback, and escalations
✔️ Maintain operational discipline and compliance standards
✔️ Coordinate with consultants and various hospital departments
✔️ Ensure adherence to NABH guidelines and quality standards
✔️ Support emergency coordination and operational requirements
