Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team at Modern World to create visually engaging designs for digital and print platforms. The role involves working on branding, social media creatives, websites and brand identity materials. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 and an opportunity to work on creative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design graphics, layouts and visual content for digital platforms
• Work on website design, landing pages and UX/UI elements
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand the design/campaign objective
• Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including brochures, banners, social media posts, presentations, and advertisements.
• Ensure all designs follow the company's brand guidelines, colors, fonts, and visual identity.
• Design creative assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Convert ideas and content into engaging graphics, infographics, and illustrations.
• Deliver design projects within agreed timelines while maintaining quality.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to improve creativity and efficiency.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 4 years of experience. Applicants should have hands-on experience with design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva or similar tools. A good sense of design, layout and color, along with basic HTML/CSS knowledge is preferred.
