Job Title: Housekeeping (HK) Supervisor

Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai

Job Summary We are hiring an experienced Housekeeping (HK) Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations, manage housekeeping staff, and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and client satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage housekeeping staff at the assigned site.
• Allocate daily duties and prepare manpower deployment plans.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintain housekeeping quality.
• Train staff on housekeeping SOPs and safety procedures.
• Manage housekeeping materials, chemicals, and inventory.
• Coordinate with clients and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain daily reports and housekeeping records.

• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Experience in team handling and housekeeping operations is mandatory.

• Salary Up to ₹26,000 in-hand (depending on current salary and experience).
