Job Description
Key Responsibilities
HR & Recruitment·
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
· Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview scheduling.
· Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
· Assist in employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Employee Coordination·
Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and daily office discipline.
· Coordinate with employees for HR-related queries and documentation.
· Ensure timely updates of employee details, documents, and HR files.
· Support management in implementing company policies and office rules.
Payroll & Accounts Coordination·
Assist in preparing attendance and leave data for payroll processing.
· Coordinate with the accounts team for salary, reimbursements, and basic payment-related records.
· Maintain basic records related to employee salary, deductions, and attendance.
· Basic accounting coordination knowledge will be preferred.
Administration & Office Coordination·
Handle general office administration and day-to-day office coordination.
· Assist management with documentation, follow-ups, scheduling, and office communication.
· Support secretarial work such as preparing basic letters, maintaining files, and coordinating with vendors or service providers when required.
· Ensure proper filing, documentation, and record management.
Required Skills & Qualifications·
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or admin coordination.
· Good knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leaves, and HR documentation.
· Basic understanding of payroll process and accounts coordination.
· Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Good coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills.
· Responsible, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
· Basic computer knowledge including MS Office, Excel, Email, and Google Sheets.
Preferred Candidate Profile·
Candidate who can independently manage daily HR activities.
Candidate who can handle HR work along with basic administration and accounts coordination will have an advantage.
