Inbound Calls AdvisorAbout the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inbound Calls Advisor to join our team. The role involves handling inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience while maintaining service quality standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls from customers professionally and courteously.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and support requests.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions within defined timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when required.
• Follow company processes, policies, and quality standards during customer interactions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate timely resolution of customer requests.

• Required Skills& Qualifications:

• Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
• Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages will be an advantage).
• Customer service orientation with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and maintain professionalism.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred ExperienceFreshers are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in customer service, inbound calling, call center, or customer support roles will be an added advantage.
