Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced Indian Cook specializing in North Indian cuisine for a new online food delivery service. The candidate must strictly follow standardized recipes and maintain consistency in taste and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare North Indian dishes as per standardized recipes
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards
- Handle kitchen operations during assigned shifts
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen setup
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and work area
- Support smooth execution of online food orders
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of North Indian cuisine
- Experience in biryani (veg & non-veg) and regional cuisines (Hyderabadi, Kerala, Goan, etc.)
- Ability to follow recipes strictly
- Speed and efficiency in cooking
- Basic kitchen hygiene practices
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 18 to 35 years
- Minimum 3 years of cooking experience
- Basic English understanding
- Open to both male and female candidates
- Work ScheduleShift-based work
Cooking hours:
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM OR 2:00 PM to 11 PM (shift rotation)
- Weekly off between Monday to Wednesday

- Time: 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM
- Location: Shop No. 125, 1st Floor, Satra Plaza, Palm Beach Road, Vashi
