Job Summary : We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Installation Engineers to join our Airtel Field Operations team. The candidate will be responsible for installation, shifting, reactivation, speed/technology upgrades, and ensuring an excellent customer experience while maintaining quality and safety standards.

• Eligibility Criteria Education: 14 years of education (Graduate)
• Basic knowledge of networking, broadband installation, or telecom services is preferred.
• Customer handling skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
• Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, shift, and reactivate Airtel Broadband services.
• Perform speed and technology upgrades as per customer requirements.
• Ensure timely and high-quality installations with excellent workmanship.
• Deliver a seamless installation experience to customers.
• Maintain professional etiquette during customer visits.
• Identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions.
• Continuously improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Ensure proper and timely material consumption.
• Salary & Benefits
• In-Hand Salary: ₹21,000 per month
• CTC: ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary Airtel is hiring dedicated and hardworking Wiremen to support installation and maintenance activities for Broadband. The candidate should be technically inclined, customer-focused, and committed to delivering quality service.

• Eligibility Criteria Education: 12th Pass
• Basic understanding of electrical wiring or telecom cabling is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in installation, shifting, and reactivation of Airtel Broadband.
• Support speed and technology upgrade activities.
• Ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of assigned jobs.
• Maintain professional behavior at customer premises.
• Meet daily productivity and service quality targets.
• Coordinate with Installation Engineers.
• Salary :
• In-Hand Salary: ₹17,000 per month
• CTC: ₹21,000 per month
