Job Description
Job Description:We are hiring experienced candidates for Insurance Sales role. Candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer follow-ups, explaining insurance plans, and closing sales.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Generate leads and handle prospects effectively
• Call and follow up with potential customers
• Explain products and benefits clearly
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Create strong and regular follow-ups with clients
• Maintain and update customer data in CRM
• Generate sales and achieve monthly targets
• Handle customer queries and provide proper assistance
Requirements:• Minimum HSC / Graduate
• Minimum 1 year experience in Insurance Sales / BFSI / Telecalling / Sales
• Good communication in Hindi & English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Target-oriented and confident personality
Salary:₹15,000 – ₹25,000 Fixed + ₹5,000 Incentives
(Based on performance & experience)
Location:Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
Job Type:Full-time | Work from Office
Preferred Candidates:Candidates from Ghansoli / Navi Mumbai / Thane / KDMC preferred.
