Job Description

  • Handle inbound calls from US customers.
  • Assist customers with mortgage and insurance verification-related queries.
  • Verify customer details and documentation.
  • Update verification status in internal systems.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and TAT.
  • Maintain strict data confidentiality.

Shift timing

  • 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
  • 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
  • 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM
  • 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
  • 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM
