Customer Service Executive – ATNT Process

Location: Airoli

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for the ATNT Process. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

  • Eligibility HSC or Graduate
  • Freshers can apply
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Comfortable working in rotational night shifts
  • SalaryIn-hand Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹32,000 per month
  • Salary includes performance incentives and travel allowance
  • ShiftRotational Night Shift
  • 9-hour shift between 5:30 PM and 11:30 AM
  • Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries over calls
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
  • Maintain a professional and positive approach while interacting with customers
  • Update customer details in the system
  • Meet quality and productivity targets
