**🚀 Hiring Now: E-commerce Voice Process (Customer Support)**


**📍 Location:** Airoli, Navi Mumbai

**🕒 Shift:** US Shifts (5:30 PM – 11:30 AM | 9 hours)

**💼 Role Type:** 1-Year Contract (Extendable based on performance)


### 💰 Salary & Benefits:


* **Salary Range:** ₹18,000 – ₹30,000/month

* **Joining Bonus:** ₹10,000*

* **Travel Allowance:**


 * One Way: ₹1,750

 * Two Way: ₹3,500

* **Work From Home:** Available after 6–8 weeks (based on performance & compliance)


### 🎯 Job Role:


* Handle customer queries via voice calls for an e-commerce platform

* Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively

* Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality standards

* Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
