**🚀 Hiring Now: International customer service and US collections


**📍 Location: vashi, trubhe, aroli, thane

**🕒 Shift: US Shifts (5:30 - 11:30) Any 9 hours



### 💰 Salary & Benefits:

* **Salary Range:** 18,000 – 40,000 monthly

**Fixed salary + incentives


* **Travel Allowance:**

 * One Way: ₹1,750

 * Two Way: ₹3,500



### 🎯 Job Role:


* Handle inbound & outbound calls with international (US) customers

*Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information

*Manage customer accounts and ensure high satisfaction levels

*Follow up with customers for pending payments (collections)

*Negotiate and convince customers for timely payments

*Maintain call records and meet quality & productivity targets

* Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

* Good English communication skills (mandatory)

* Basic computer knowledge
