Marketing Executive – Chemical Process Equipment

Last 4 decades we are engaged in the design, manufacturing, and supply of process equipment, specializing in Graphite heat exchangers and related Turnkey systems for handling highly corrosive fluids. Our primary client base includes API bulk drug manufacturers and agrochemical industries.

2. Position SummaryThe Marketing Executive will be responsible for end-to-end sales and business development of process equipment, with a focus on heat exchangers and systems. The role involves generating inquiries, managing the sales cycle, client engagement, and building a strong sales team to achieve business growth.

3. Key Responsibilities3.1 Business Development- Generate new inquiries specially from API bulk drug and agrochemical sectors

- Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities

- Expand market presence and maintain a strong sales pipeline

3.2 Sales Inquiry Handling- Manage all incoming sales inquiries in coordination with back-office & design engineers

- Ensure timely and accurate submission of techno-commercial offers

- Maintain systematic tracking and follow-up of all inquiries

3.3 Client Interaction & Technical Coordination- Fix and conduct technical meetings with clients

- Deliver presentations on products and technical solutions

- Understand client process requirements and recommend suitable equipment

3.4 Negotiation & Order Finalization- Lead techno-commercial negotiations with clients

- Finalize pricing, delivery schedules, and contractual terms

- Ensure closure of orders aligned with company profitability targets

3.5 Team Building & Coordination- Develop and strengthen the sales team

- Coordinate with engineering, design, and project execution teams

- Ensure smooth communication between client and internal departments

4. Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: B.E. in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering

Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales/marketing of process equipment.

Experience in heat exchangers or corrosive fluid handling equipment preferred
