• Salary:HSC Freshers: ₹10,700 – ₹14,000

Credit Balance (CB): This is a role in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for the US healthcare industry. The job involves identifying and resolving credit balances (overpayments) on patient or insurance accounts.

1+ year experience: The candidate should already have at least one year of practical experience working in the RCM Credit Balance process.

Graduate/Undergraduate: Both graduates and undergraduates are eligible if they have the required experience.

Salary up to ₹38K Gross: The final salary depends on the candidate's Last Drawn Salary (LDS) and interview performance.

RCM experience is mandatory: Candidates who have worked only in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or general accounts are not eligible because this is a specialized US healthcare RCM process.

Zwayam registration: Candidates need to register on the company's recruitment platform (Zwayam) before attending the walk-in interview.

Interview rounds: There are only two rounds—an HR interview followed by an Operations interview.
