Job Description

  • Prepare DPR, APR, and other daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
  • Manage attendance, roster, and shrinkage reports.
  • Track KPIs, SLAs, productivity, and call volume data.
  • Generate ad-hoc, variance, and performance reports.
  • Maintain data accuracy and dashboards.
  • Handle billing & invoicing with proper validation and reconciliation.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, formulas).
  • Strong analytical and attention to detail.
  • Experience in BPO MIS & reporting preferred.
