Job Description

Job Title: Excel & Google Sheets Automation Specialist

 

We’re looking for someone who can turn data and manual processes into clean, automated and reliable systems using Excel and Google Sheets.

This is not a data entry role.

This is a problem-solving + automation role.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Build and automate Excel and Google Sheets for business workflows
  • Create dashboards that are simple, visual and decision-friendly
  • Use formulas, scripts and integrations to reduce manual effort
  • Structure raw data into usable formats
  • Maintain and improve existing trackers and reports

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design automated trackers (sales, projects, finance, operations)
  • Use advanced formulas on Google sheets
  • Build dashboards using pivot tables, charts, and dynamic ranges
  • Set up integrations

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong hands-on experience with Excel and Google Sheets
  • Ability to think in systems, not just formulas
  • Comfortable handling large datasets
  • Attention to detail
