Job Description: Office Assistant / Pantry Boy Location: Rabale / Panvel (Base) + Sandhurst Road (Field)
Type: Full-Time / On-site
- Pantry & Refreshment ManagementPrepare and serve tea/coffee.
- Serve refreshments to staff/guests.
- Clean tables immediately after service.
- Wash and store pantry items.
- Maintain pantry hygiene daily.
- Administrative SupportOperate Xerox and scanning machines.
- Manage stationery and pantry stock.
- Purchase items from local markets.
- Field & Courier DutiesVisit Post Office for mail.
- Travel to Sandhurst Road office.
- Deliver and collect official documents.
- Handle inter-office file transfers.
- Key Requirements Travel: Must travel every 1–2 days.
- Training: We provide Xerox machine training.
- Traits: Disciplined, punctual, and organized.
- Train Pass Provided from CSTM to RABALE
